Information sources.We obtain nonpublic personal information about our shareholders from the following sources:
Protection of information. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about current or former shareholders, except as permitted or required by law. Personal information refers to information that personally identifies you or your financial accounts. This includes among other items, your social security numbers, your address and account transactions. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Disclosure of information. We may send your financial advisor or other individuals (as designated by you) copies of confirmations, quarterly account statements and other documents reporting activity in your accounts. We may also provide your personal information to firms that assist us in servicing your account, such as our transfer agent. If at any time in the future it is necessary to disclose your personal information in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, we will give you advance notice of the proposed change so that you will have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure. We will not disclose your personal information to any other unaffiliated third parties, except as permitted or required by law, unless you have specifically asked us to do so; that is, opted in.
